
About me
I am a mental health therapist, experienced yoga practitioner, and a passionate yoga teacher. I came to yoga 10 years ago when I started practicing it as a coping skill for myself. It helped me through some challenging times, and as I deepened my physical practice I realized how much better emotionally I was feeling. I got more and more interested in the philosophy of yoga, which eventually led me to become a certified yoga teacher. I am passionate about sharing yoga & mindfulness with others and would love to help you to improve your mental and physical well-being.



Yoga Classes
Group Sessions
I teach rigorous vinyasa flow classes that are focused on opening the whole body and will allow you to feel grounded, relaxed and present in the moment. The class is steadily paced and is based on smooth transitions from one pose to another. It will allow you to deepen your practice, learn about your body and will transform you into a better version of yourself.
Corporate Sessions
Corporate yoga classes are designed for smart employers like You, who know that stressed employees are no good for the company. Happy and motivated employees will give you more. Provide regular yoga classes for them and they will be stress-free, thus more productive!
And it's so easy because I will come straight to your office and teach classes right there or at any space you can provide.
